Lightly furnished room in Hilmar, in a -back condo. The room available is the guest bedroom, my girlfriend and I will be living in the master.

$ rent, and rd of expenses for Water, Gas, Electricity, Waste Management and internet and renters insurance (variable per month in water, gas, electricity but a safe estimate of your share for everything would be $ a month depending on usage.)

All utilities and accounts are already set up so all you would need to do is pay your share.

We live a quiet, peaceful life as we're trying to save up money for future goals.

Lease is month-to-month with the owner so you'll be able to move out when you like so long as you pay rent for the final month of your stay.
