I am looking for a single roommate - male or female, 's. I live in a very large home near Cal State East Bay, in a safe, quiet, rural neighborhood, on a private road. There is a large kitchen, with all of the usual amenities, limited storage space available in the garage, a huge backyard, and driveway parking for one vehicle. We split all utilities, which are surprisingly cheap. No pets. I am a -year-old divorced, hetero white male, and quite tidy. The 'right' roommate will have a large private bedroom, a large private bathroom, plus room for a large desk in the living room. The 'right' roommate will have a full-time job elsewhere, and not be at home a lot. Only apply here if you can meet the following criteria: are stable, neat, responsible, have references, can pay first and last month's rent in cash, are not flaky, and someone that I can fundamentally trust. Otherwise, don't waste my time. This is a terrific opportunity and an idyllic place to live for the 'right' person.
