Room for rent in condo

Description

I am looking for a tenant in a three bedroom condo to rent one furnished bedroom. The room has a full size bed with headboard, a large dresser, a desk and shelving. The closet is very large and spacious. The room connects to a jack and jill shared bathroom. Ideally I would like a responsible woman who is either working full time or in school for the current semester. Utilities are included, laundry is on and parking on the street.
