Couple looking for $300 room

Description

We are in search of a room to rent w/ utilities included for around 300 a mo, that will allow 2 cats. We are non smokers, no drama, no drug, very clean,nice,quiet people. We also need to have internet included, and cannot be around any people who are smokers/drug users.
It would be great to have some furniture in the room already.
And the rent would have to be from date we move in to the same time the next month.
