The rent is basically very low simply because I am also looking for that person to take care of the house as if it were their own because I am away quite often. I am looking for a woman at least thirty years old and preferably holds a full-time job. The home is basically fully furnished, and there are TVs in every room. As far as smoking, I’m very close to quitting that’s why I’m only outside, which is rare. As far as a full-time job goes, if you happen to be independently wealthy I guess we can make an exception. lol
