URGENT NEED SUBLEASE BY FEBUARY 2ND

PG&E: around $ per person depending on the season (running AC in the summer with be more expensive closer to $ per person)

In house dishwasher/stove/oven
Outside storage room

Security Deposit: $
Note: because this is a year long lease and I am leaving in the middle of it, the security deposit will be paid directly to me (have confirmed with my landlord) and will cover the remaining portion of the lease (January ). If you are interested in staying longer you will have to resign the lease around Spring/Summer time!)

FIRST PERSON TO CONTACT ME, CHECK THE HOUSE OUT, PAY THE SECURITY DEPOSIT, AND ESTABLISH A MOVE IN DATE WILL BE PUT IN CONTACT WITH MY LANDLORD AND WILL HAVE THE ROOM. (First come first serve. You don’t have to be a student either! 🙂 )

Once the security deposit is paid, and we have established a move in date, I will put you in contact with my landlord (Robert from Progressive Property Management Service here in Davis) via where you will electronically sign the lease (replacing mine) and get all the paperwork squared away! (Insurance, waivers, etc.)
