We’re looking for a friendly housemate to join our BA apartment in Greenpoint, just one block away from the G subway station. The available room is ” and on the first floor of the unit. The apartment has all the essentials: in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, central heating, and a shared living room and bathroom. Rent is $/month + utilities (usually $), and the spot is available for February move-in for our new lease.

You’ll be living with two guys in our late s who work hybrid in tech and policy. We’re laid-back, clean, and enjoy a mix of downtime and good conversations when we’re all around. We’re open to both guys and girls, ideally in a similar stage of life—late s, friendly, and with an in-person/hybrid job.
