If anyone is looking for a place to live in Fredericton attending UNB/STU next fall, there is a room available in the house that I am renting along with 3 others. It is a bathroom house with full kitchen and coin operated laundry machines. It is at the top of Palmer Street, less than a minute walk to the UNB campus and less than a 5 minute drive to Sobeys. There will be 4 other guys including myself living in the house. We are very quiet and clean, no need to worry about disturbances. If you are interested, please message me for the details.
