I'm a single mom going through a divorce. My 5-year-old son is very friendly, caring, and loves to make new friends. We're both positive, easygoing people who value kindness and a peaceful atmosphere. We also have a peaceful, quiet cat that everyone loves. We don't watch TV (but you will have it in one of your bedrooms), eat junk food, or allow cussing in the home. I keep the apartment clean and smoke-free. Occasional drinks are okay in moderation, but excessive drinking is not permitted. What I'm Looking For: I'd love to find another single mom with kid (so our children can play together) or a responsible, peaceful professional who values a clean and calm living personal space. We are always out. There is a club house where you can work or meet guests, and heated pool with a hot tub.
