Private room for rent


This is a private room and bathroom in a shared apartment with 3 other people. It can be for a female or male unit. My son graduated in December and moved out. 3 college age males live in the unit. If you are a female and would like to take over this lease, you can be transferred to a female unit at no extra cost to you. You take over the contract, but can move into a different unit. The room is available immediately. Rent for January is paid. February will be paid. It’s a sublease from January-July and can be renewed in July. We pay all the subleasing fees. No down payment. You start rent in March.
