Hey, my name is James, and I need someone to take over my Lease for the spring semester because I am graduating this December, If you wish to take over my lease I will also leave you all of my furniture because I can't take it with me. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to Berklee, and also you would be getting a fairly large room to yourself. You'll be living with 2 other guys who are Berklee students and they are very respectful. We don't do any drugs or have parties or anything. These guys are fairly serious students.
