Open room at Birch Hill apartments!

Hey y'all! My roommate and I are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in our apartment. We live in a newly built complex near west/east asheville, about mins from downtown. Move in would be Jan 1st and rent is $. The complex is awesome, there's a pool, fully decked out gym and it backs up to hominy creek perfect for a little hike. I do have a sweet senior kitty so preferably someone okay with pets but other than that we are not picky and would just like to find someone in time. Message or comment if you're interested!
