I am moving out of my Southside apartment at Mountainside Apartments by the end of December and need someone to adopt my lease. There is an entire bedroom, unfurnished, and closet for you. I have a roommate right now who is a UAB student. She keeps to herself and cleans regularly, and we are looking for another female to live with her once I move out. You will share a bathroom with her, but she has furnished the rest of the apartment. The only furniture you will need is for your private bedroom. My half of the rent is $425, utilities included, even internet! Power is the only thing not included. I need someone to move in as soon as possible! Please contact me if you are interested.
