minute drive to the mall of Georgia and route . You will have your own bedroom and private bath. The bedroom is currently furnished but can be unfurnished if need be. Utilities included with Internet and access to Netflix prime etc. Washer dryer available in the house shared space, including kitchen, dining room, living room office garage. Parking access and driveway. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed in the house. Must be a pet lover, owner currently has two small 5 pound dogs that are friendly and hypoallergenic. Move in fee is a refundable $ for months rent. The monthly rent of $ is due between the first and fifth of every month. Income verification required at lease three weeks of most recent paystub‘s.
