Private Bedroom + Parking

Description

Renting my bedroom in my one bedroom apartment I will be staying in the living room. The apartment is really spacious and really big and there’s laundry room, dining room, kitchen, and restroom that we will share. I have a washer and dryer in the unit and you are welcome to use it. The apartment is completely furnished, but I will be removing the furniture from the bedroom unless you don’t have any furniture and you’d like to keep some of the furniture. I’m renting the bedroom for . It is a very nice and quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are really nice. The apartment building only has apartments and parking is easy although you can take my parking space and I’m hoping to find a cool chill roommate who has a full-time job and a set working schedule. I myself work full-time PM and I also go to school at CAL POLY POMONA full-time.
