Hi everyone, I’m subleasing my room in a bath apartment in North Beacon Hill for $ (this includes most utilities except for electricity). The current occupants are 2 women in their early s, and one small dog.

There is a washer and dryer in unit. The room has a very large closet with built in storage. Picture windows over look Elliot bay/downtown and Sodo. Free parking is available (first come first serve but I’ve never not had a spot), small fitness center in the building, as well as a locked storage unit that comes with the apartment.

The apartment is off th and Atlantic, right off the bus lines, or a min walk to the Beacon Hill Light rail station. It’s right off of the i trail, and is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and breweries.

I’m moving because I got a new job out of the state, the lease goes through August st and I’m flexible about renting start date. Please message
