My name is Jeff. I'm years young and work in Irvine. My primary home is in Central California, where I live with my family. I work in South Orange County and looking for a room to rent with a private bathroom. Private entrance is a plus. Most weekends are spent at my primary residence and rarely, if ever, would I cook. I am in Irvine nights a week, sometimes not at all. I am a respectful tenant and have great references. Credit/Income will not be an issue. Looking for month to month and furnished, but that is negotiable. I don't smoke and no drugs. I am quiet, organized and clean.
