I am renting out a room with shared bathroom to female professional. The room is airy and beautiful window facing the lake. It's located on 1st floor. Other women in the house are professionals. We keep the house clean and are disciplined. So far who so ever moves in has stayed for years and have to leave because of change in jobs.

The house is min from Mountain Park, close to Publix, QT and other basic food joints. If you are looking for a peaceful homely caring drama free environment than this is your house.


Please be prepared for background check and advanced deposit and rent. Once again pets not allowed, overnight friends not allowed. We have maintained a very peaceful and harmonious environment, and we would like someone who respects that. The contract will be month to month. One month notice required or
renewed.
