My roomates and I looking to fill the last room in our house on Wilkinson avenue!

One bedroom available in a large square foot 4 bedroom (one guest room) 2 bathroom house! Lease is from February 1st - October 1st! (Move in Feb 1st ) and then yearly October to October moving forward.

The current tenants are 3 college girls so we are looking for someone between the ages of .
We are also looking for a person who is friendly and is not too sensitive to noise as this has created some problems for us in the past.

Pets are allowed, though we currently have 2 boy cats , 2 chinchillas, a frog, and some fish so it is preferable to not add any more pets (exceptions may be made but no dogs allowed)!

Rent is split four ways ($ each) plus utilities and the deposit is .
One of the current Roomates has a boyfriend who stays with her often that has agreed to give each tenant $ a month bringing rent down to $ per room.
