Looking for a third roommate!

2 female roommates looking for a third person for our 3 bedroom apartment. Both early twenties and work downtown. Looking for someone friendly and very reliable. We're both very outgoing, friendly and responsible people. January rent is free due to their winter special. $450 due at signing (includes security deposit and part of December rent - we will be moving in at the end of this month.) Rent is $475 a month. They offer indoor or outdoor parking for an additional cost.
