Hi everyone! I’m helping my roommate sublease 2 rooms in her home in Maitland. Both rooms are $/month each and can be rented furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and nightstand, or unfurnished. Alternatively, both rooms can be rented together for $/month with a private bathroom; otherwise, the bathroom will be shared. These rooms are located on the opposite side of the home for added privacy, and rent includes water and internet (electricity billed separately). You will also have access to the living areas of the home and laundry. There’s space for one vehicle, and while the house already has a small dog, any additional dogs must be well-behaved and potty-trained; no cats allowed.
