Moved in Dec unexpected. Cost me everything. Owe last month rent and part of deposit. Landlord want $ extra for 6 months. Kinda can’t afford it considering roommate. Not even fully furnished No washer and dryer yet. Allready sorta have someone but idk if it’s gonna work out. 2nd room is kinda small. That would come into consideration on the price. At least I’m single male. Grown kids. 2 grand kids. Work Mon -Fri got 2 others I haven’t met interested. Not interested in some dude I don’t k is living here. Guess I’m curious who might be on here. Kinda should have a job. Not hustling kinda a few requirements. Might not even be available. But could be just like that if this person does t work out. Might even be before the first. Duplex. Vancouver. 5 min from i5 bridge. with any info that might get my attention. Let’s see what happens :)
