Sublease available at U POINTE AT SPEIGHT-
This lease is available till July . You can start living there as soon as possible. I have already paid rent for the month of December so you don't have to pay!!
Also, starting January till the end of the lease, I'm willing to help anybody who'd take over my lease, with $ (one hundred fifty dollars) every single month.
It's really near to Baylor University.
