Lease take over for basement br

Description

Hello everyone, I'm looking for someone to do a lease take over for
the basement bedroom of a bath house. It is in the NoMA
Area, and a min walks from both NoMA and Union Station.
I am hoping to move by end of December, so you can take over
Beginning of January. I currently pay a month for rent (split
petween 5 roommates).
