Nice Private Room

Description

Located in a rural area of East Fort Worth in a quiet neighborhood. The room is an average sized bedroom, private bathroom, and you can use any of the appliances in the house. Wireless internet, Directv (you will need your own TV), and all utilities are included in the rent. I am 39, divorced, and work as a construction superintendent. I work long hours Monday to Friday, and I am at my girlfriends on the weekends, so you probably would not see me much. I would like to find someone that is a good match, as I will be starting a project in Houston next year. I will be here several days a week, and after a few months, I will move to Houston for 3 years. I would like to find someone that can keep an eye on the house while I am gone, as I will be home only twice a month or so. I do not smoke, do drink occasionally, and am a clean person. I have a roommate currently, but his lease is up December 31st. The only reason he will not be staying is that he is moving to another area.

I am asking 600 per month, all bills paid

I would like to rent to someone that is a long term arrangement.
