Your rooms are on the opposite side of the unit with no touching walls to mine, creating more privacy for you to enjoy. Sharing the kitchen (plenty of storage space for you) it is also fully equipped if you like to cook, bathroom with a shower (artsy ’s mural design), and a washroom with washer and dryer in unit for use. There is also a small private courtyard garden to relax in.

The 2 rooms are unfurnished in a clean newer refurbished area with enough space for more than just a bedroom. The extra room could be used for a home office/ artist space/ storage or whatever you desire. The door to the interior room is actually a beautiful antique safe door.
The Live/work is in a very quiet neighborhood with ample parking options.
