Sublease Jan-Jul !!!

Two bedroom lease for Spring (January through July)!!
My roommate and I are graduating this December and are looking to sublease both rooms of our two bedroom residence at University Place Apartments. It is at a fantastic location and highly personable, rapidly responsive staff thanks to it being a small scale establishment outside of Campus Realtors and Brothers management. Monthly rent is hundred and twenty dollars per person which covers all amenities except electricity (typically fifty dollars each month).
