Hey there! I’m on the hunt for a fun, chill roommate to fill the master bedroom in my bath apartment located perfectly between Westwood and Century City. It’s just a quick hop to the Century City Mall, with easy access to Santa Monica Boulevard and Overland Avenue.
Here’s what you get:
• Master bedroom with a private bathroom (your space, your rules!)
• Rent: $/month (month-to-month lease for flexibility)
• Security deposit: Equal to 1 month’s rent (paid to the outgoing roommate via Zelle/Venmo)

A little about me:
I’m , a UCLA grad, and currently working in the financial industry in Beverly Hills. I’ve been living here for the past 2 years and love the location—between the beach and everything fun on the west side of LA. Outside of work, I’m all about hitting the gym, spending time outdoors, and anything sports-related.
