The home located in the Hollywood Park neighborhood in Sacramento near Sac City College. The house is walking distance from the City College, mile walking distance from the City College RT Light Rail station and Crocker Village shopping center and Raley's on Freeport Blvd, and approximately minute drive from University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law and minute drive to UCD Medical and Sac State.

Currently (2) males living at the home. We're looking for a roommate who is a young working professional and/or a mature college student; preferably an individual who work on a hybrid schedule or at the office/school.
