We have lived here for 2 years and are looking for just 1 stable female between 25-55 years old to move in on Jan 1st! No sooner. We have 1 room available for $835/mo with a 1 time $835 security deposit. Utilities are split 3 ways! Roomsters made me put a number. It will vary month to month. The room is realistically only large enough for a full sized mattress. Queen would be a squeeze. It will be partially furnished with dresser and small desk if needed or we can take it away.
You will have:

-Garage parking for a small vehicle
-Patio access
-Community pool and spa access
-Respectable and responsible room mates!! :)
