Hello, I’m Colette and if you looking for a great place to live, you found it. Home is supposed to be inviting, a place where you can relax, and enjoy! That’s my home.
The community is age restricted so you have to be at least forty. That being said, the community is quiet and extremely friendly . You can walk to restaurants and stores.


Monthly rent includes all utilities, has central AC & heat, internet, parking, and W/D. It is month to month, deposit is one months rent.
Credit, employment, and background check is required. The bedroom is large and has a queen bed, night stand, dresser, desk/vanity.
Private bathroom, good closet and cabinet space. A few blocks away from the 5 freeway.

I'm pretty laid back but please no smoking, overnight guest, drugs, parties, or pets.
