My wife and I are interested in renting out our guest bedroom to a female student, preferably. The only terms we like to stress of a "lease agreement" is that we be paid on time and absolutely no smoking.
$400 for rent and $50 utilities which includes water, heat, internet, electric and gas for cooking/heating. The room will be furnished with a full size bed, desk, mirror and open closet for storage and clothes. T.V. will also be in the room with Direct TV satellite. Photos will come soon. My wife and I are good moral people and will help any who help themselves but we will refuse to house anyone not keeping up their end of the agreement. We want to be friends with our roommate but business will come before friendship. We are furnishing the room this month we will post pictures of it as soon as possible.
