Safe, Clean and Cute Apartment!

Description

I currently living with my boyfriend. Things are not working out and once lease is up I am looking for one or 2 roommates to share the apartment with. It has 2 bedrooms one bath. Laundry room is right outside. Parking lot provided. Very nice place cute balcony and backyard. I have a couch and tv. I'm laid back but I like the place to stay clean. I don't mind smoking but prefer on balcony. As long as your respectful friends are fine to have over. Really just want a fun student life environment to share with roommates who can keep steady jobs and create a positive atmosphere.
