I am graduating in December, therefore hope to find sublet for my room in Courtyards, 1780 Broadway St, Ann Arbor from January to August. Monthly rent is $804, and I offer to pay an extra month's rent into the housing . Plus, there will be no rent charged in the last month (August) because a first installment has been paid. Therefore, there will be 6-months' rent charged for 8-months' ownership, making the equivalent rent $603 per month.

The apartment is 7 minutes' walk from north campus Diag and 20 minutes' walk from Kroger. There is a Bursley Baits bus stop right outside the building front gate and an AATA No.2 bus stop in the north.

Private room and private split bathroom. Fully furnished. Shared lobby and kitchen. Equipped with central air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge, oven, electromagnetic oven, dish washer. Study room, printer, recreation room, treadmill are available in the building.
