We are subletting our bright, furnished 4.5 in La Petite Patrie for the winter semester (January until the end of April, 2016).

The apartment is fully furnished with two bedrooms.

Ten minutes from Jean Talon market (and Jean-Talon metro station), ten minutes from Beaubien metro (orange line), and minutes from Fabre metro (blue line).

Near grocery stores including Métro, IGA, and Mondiana (a super cheap health food store), bars (such as the awesome Isle de Garde), cafés, etc.

$895 with high speed internet included; heating, hot water, and electricity are extra.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
