My husband and I are looking for a roommate much like ourselves. Young professionals, late 20s to mid 30s, educated (Go Longhorns and Aggies!), we like to have fun on the weekends, and respectful and quiet throughout the weekdays. We would prefer someone in grad school or a focused professional that's not looking to party. We currently have a 40lb dog named Otis. He is half black lab, half border collie and one year of happiness. He is very friendly but we are not looking to bring another dog into the house.
