I have a quiet indoor cat with a very sweet disposition. She is fully litter-trained and non-destructive.

The house is a 2000 sq/ft brick two-story with basement, built in the 1940's. Everything is functional and well-maintained. This house has a lot of character and nice features, including hardwood floors, a wood-burning fireplace and a sun room.
