I am looking for a female to sublease 1 room in a 5 bedroom house in downtown Grand Rapids! I am moving due to a change in jobs and need to find someone ASAP! The 4 other girls who live in the house are amazing and I love them to death, sad to leave them, so you'll have cool roommates. Rent is $420 plus utilities and the lease goes until August 1st. House is on Lake Michigan Dr, prefect location. Let me know if you're interested!
