3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Shared with 2 busy females age 30 and 38. We work full-time, workout, and enjoy drinking wine :) Our bedrooms are downstairs and we share a bathroom. You have the master bedroom, upstairs.

Located by Irvine Spectrum & Amphitheater, close to the 5 & 405 Freeways. 15 min to Laguna Beach. You will have full use of the house (kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.).

Must be okay with dogs. I have 2 that are well trained, ages 9 and 10. They are not in common areas of the house, just my room or outside on the patio. You will hardly see them! No other pets please. No drugs. No smoking preferred, or outside only. Looking for responsible, clean, mature, dependable, easy-going, & trustworthy roommate. Overnight guests are okay occasionally (just be respectful of others). Not looking for BFF, but easy-going roomie! No couples. No 420.
