Is anyone looking to live at Heights on Pecan at UTA next semester? I'm not coming back to UTA next semester and my lease doesn't end until july, so I need someone to take over the lease. It's a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment and it is COMPLETELY FURNISHED!!!! It also includes cable TV and internet. And YES financial aid will cover the apartment just like it would any of the dorms.
