I'm looking for someone to take over my lease! I'm posting this on behalf of my roommate to try to help them find a replacement for me. I am relocating for work! My roommate prefers a female, no couples. Students are okay!
A little about my roommate,
"Hello! I’m a year-old professional, working from home most days of the week, in the gaming industry. I’m pretty quiet and reserved, and won’t get in your hair (unless you want me to). My preference is for you to also be on the introverted side, but please don’t get discouraged if you’re not, as I’m not too picky!

I have a cat, but she will stay exclusively in my room, and I don’t mind you bringing yours as well. For dogs, we’ll have to discuss first, though. Feel free to ask me any questions about myself or the apartment!

You will be taking the bedroom with a “shared bathroom” (I have my own bathroom so I will never use yours), and you, of course, will have access to the common area as you please. Most of the common area furniture, etc. are my roommate’s and she will be taking it, so feel free to bring your own furniture!"
