I'm trying to move downtown by December 1st so I'm looking for a sublease. It's a one bedroom apartment shared with one other girl who goes to UCSB. Its in a gated complex with access to a lounge with tv, wifi, computers and printers, pool table, ping pong, vending machines, bbqs and much more. I absolutely love this apartment complex and hate to lose the spot but its about time since I got a job at the zoo and downtown would be closer. It has one bathroom with a veryyy big living room and bedroom. Right now I have my things set up in half of the living room and my roommate lives in the bedroom. If you move in you can either do the same or split the bedroom with her. She's very neat and the living room even with an attached bedroom in it has enough room for my 2 couches, tv, coffee table, and extra chairs to hangout. The rent per month is 650 and the deposit is 750.
