West-Midtown near GT campus 4BR 4BR

have a room in West-Midtown close to campus. It's in a community, Westmar, located at 800 West Marietta ST NW. Looking for someone to take over my lease as I am leaving town. Move in date is December 1st, lease ends in June 2016. It's a 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms apartment. I am looking for someone who is also clean and social.

Rent is $655 plus $85 for utilities (flat rate for water, gas and electricity).

My roommates are super friendly and nice. The atmosphere in the apartment is always good and use of kitchen works fine, as everybody keeps his own stuff clean.

What is quite convinient that there is a shuttle driving directly to the GT Campus to many destinations (CRC, Tech Square, etc.). There is also a lot of other facilities that residents of Westmar can use (fitness gym, pool billiard, table tennis, basketball court, ...).
