I’m a 30 year old single mom of 2 babies…. A 4 year old boy and an 11 year old girl.

I currently rent a 3 bedroom house with a huge beautiful back yard situated in a very safe family oriented cul de sac.

I am renting 1 of the rooms in the house…. The bedroom has it’s own bathroom and AC.


The house is very big, and has a large living room, and a large playroom for the kids….the backyard is awesome and the front yard is huge as well.

The property also offers washer and dryer

Rent is $650 all utilities included….water, trash, electricity, gas.

Access to all common areas such as Kitchen, playroom, living room, garage, backyard, front yard etc…



I am looking for either a single mom with 1 or 2 kids….(sorry no males  ) or someone that is ok with living with 2 kids, in a somewhat hectic house (kids running around, girl sleepovers, birthday parties, family movie nights, etc…)

I need someone that is NOT looking for a quiet house….with 2 kids in the house and family and friends over on some weekends for bbq’s, movie nights, occasional parties, girls dinner, it’s definitely NOT a quiet home.

I also need this person to be NEAT….MUST be NEAT….I am a working busy mom, that can’t clean up after someone else….I already have to clean up after 2 kids.

NO men visitors (boyfriends etc….), just because I do have a daughter (unless it’s family or otherwise discussed and agreed upon)
