I have no pets. Try to be asleep by 11 every night except weekends. I am a minimalist, I like the common areas to be pretty open and uncluttered.
About you:
Have a job, preferably a professional. No hard drugs. Clean as well. The place is renting to one person.
Honestly... I am a nice guy but I've had crazy roommates. Just looking for another professional who is cool, who can relax and have a beer, talk shop, pay their rent on time, not be a slob, and can be chill.
