Seeking temporary subleaser for 1-2 months (move in can be as soon as needed. I will be returning from school in early January- we can be flexible with a move out date). Master bedroom with private bathroom, patio, and walk in closet. 2 story, 2br/2.5 bath, furnished townhome, private courtyard, washer/dryer, hardwood floors, fireplace, and attached garage. Pool and tennis courts on premise. We will include the utilities and Internet with the rent amount so $650/month+$100 for the utilities ($750 altogether and must be paid upfront).
