The apartment complex is called ! Check out the pictures online! Its super nice and an awesome area. It's about 15 minutes from downtown Austin depending on traffic. I have some furniture but not everything, and nothing for the other bedroom. Rent will be about 786 a month. The move-in date is on December 27th, and rent wouldn't start till January 1st. I am a 22 year old female professional. I do not smoke or have any pets. I prefer if you don't smoke, but I love pets so I don't mind that. However, there are pet fees.
