My sister, her friend, & myself are looking for a roommate. It's a townhouse in borderline of Cerritos and Lakewood area. MUST BE PET FRIENDLY because we have dogs, don't worry.. They're really friendly :)

First and last month & a $300 security deposit. Only reason why we're asking for first and last is because it will be a MONTH TO MONTH basis. Pets are welcome but on a case by case basis.

Yes, we do require a credit & background check. We are young people and of course, safety comes first.


We're college students and family oriented so we welcome you to Hang out with us in the living room. All utilities are paid for. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, & etc. We do have family over a lot so you are more than welcome to join us. We work full time but mostly home after work.
