Seeking female roommate (twenties or thirties) for second bedroom and bathroom in a short term lease – February 1, 2016 through May 15, 2016.
2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at The Reserve in Wauwatosa located on the second floor. The master bedroom and bath will be occupied. Total apartment is 1,293 square feet. Second bedroom is large in size at 11.5 x 14 and has a walk in closet.

Spacious living area with fireplace including custom mantle and trim, -foot ceilings, personal balcony, and newly renovated kitchen and bathroom as well as in-unit washer/ dryer. Clubhouse is complete with outdoor pool, fitness center, whirlpool, tanning, and business center area.
Located off State Street, The Reserve is a gated community and offers easy access to Tosa Village and downtown Milwaukee. Close to Medical College of Wisconsin.

Rent is $805 per month plus internet/ cable, WE Energies, and water/ utilities (additional $125 - $140 per month).

The building is pet free – no dogs or cats. Free surface lot parking – spaces are not assigned. Attached and detached garages are available through the property management at an additional cost. Separate storage units are also available.

Current roommate bought a house and will be moving out. Will sign a roommate release with property management, so this does not have to be a sublease. Would simply be signed as a short term lease directly with The Reserve.
