Hello, I have a two bedroom townhouse and am looking for a roommate. The house is large, with all hardwood floors, and was renovated about a couple years ago, so it looks and feels brand new. The kitchen is spacious and great for cooking; especially with the new, granite like counter tops. The living room is also spacious. There is a bathroom and laundry room downstairs as well, as well as a back door with a small backyard. The bedroom is spacious as well, and comes with your own, personal bathroom. The townhouse is also located less than a 10 minute walk away from VCU campus, and the Cary Street Gym. It is also walking distance from many restaurants, bars, and shops on Main Street, along with a short drive to Cary Town that contains many shops and restaurants as well. its honestly an incredible place and if I weren't going away, i would say. Rent is $840 not including utilities which usually run $100-150. The house is huge, very open and spacious along with the rooms. The room is available asap, and the lease ends july 18th of 2016 with the option to re-sign the lease for another term. I did put down a $420 deposit when i moved in, you would be getting my deposit back in july when the lease is up. In this case, you would pay me the $420 when you move in.
